From the 21 May 2010 you no longer require a Home Information Pack to market the property. hPASS will provide a complete service for your firm, we will ensure that your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is complaint and is completed as quickly as possible, thus leaving you with time to deal with the more essential aspects of your business.

Our complete EPC package will be presented in a professional document, and will be ready to hand over to your clients. Alternatively any authorised member of your staff can download your EPC online at any time. We will simply supply you a username and password to access your documents.
