Our business stems from our location in Altrincham, Cheshire; however our national presence is recognised by tens of thousands of landlords and homeowners including personalities in the world of Sport and Media and many large corporate associations. Every energy surveyor is accredited and approved by a government recognised body, and all have a CRB check and hold a valid insurance policy. Furthermore, hPASS audits each energy surveyor on monthly basis to ensure their quality of work abides by our high standards we expect and before hPASS provides work to any energy surveyor, we undertake a rigorous telephone and formal interview as part of their application process. This ensures you receive a high standard of service every time by delivering quality and consistency.

Our dedicated assessment department, with a panel of over 50 associates, ensures your assessment is undertaken at a time convenient to you. Each Assessor is dedicated to their individual area, ranging all over England and Wales, and their aim is to give all our customers a localised feel. Our assessors are fully qualified and trained to the highest standard as part of our company code of conduct. We have both Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) and Non-Domestic Energy Assessors (NDEA), all registered and accredited by two accreditation schemes. We also have a selection of qualified solicitors to help our clients with their conveyancing and legal matters.
