If you order with us, your statutory rights will not be affected. You have a right to cancel your product or service during its progress, if it is within lines set out in our terms. To cancel, you can call 0845 26 96 106 or write to Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day of your purchase, quoting your reference number, name and transaction number.
